_ 2X pepper RNA
PepperRNA was first designed by professor Yang from Shanghai technological University. With a specific sequence, single strand RNA will form with a specific secondary structure. This RNA can bind with fluorescent identically and emit light. This is RNA fluorescence technics. In our project, in order to measure our target dsRNA concentration, we employed pepperRNA technics.PepperRNA can bind with fluorescent HBC and emit target fluorescence. In our experiment, we choose HBC550. When the pepperRNA bind with HBC, it will emit green fluorescence. By using spectrophotometers, we can measure the light strength of the dsRNA and refer the standard curve we measured. Then we can get our target dsRNA concentration.
